La Cour du Corbeau is committed to reducing waste and limiting the use of plastic packaging. We have taken concrete steps to achieve this, including minimizing the use of single-use products. To reduce waste, we use glass verrines at breakfast. We consign our water bottles and limit the printing of our menus by using Qr codes.

We have also introduced initiatives to reduce, sort and compact our waste. In 2022, we collected 9700 liters of organic waste, which were collected by bicycle by local company SIKLE. We also use a cardboard compactor to reduce the volume of our waste.

The use of single-use products is kept to a minimum and only on request. As for the Nespresso capsules used by our customers in their rooms, we systematically collect them for recycling.

We plan to make a recycling bin available to customers, as well as introducing 5-stream sorting.
